When registering and using the platform, we collect the following data: first name, last name, email address, username, and training activity data (course progress, quiz results, certificates), as well as — for account security purposes and as evidence of contract conclusion — the IP address and browser information (user-agent) at the time of registration and login.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data for the purpose of: providing e-learning platform services, issuing course completion certificates, course-related communication, analyzing learning progress, and technical support.
4. Legal Basis
We process data based on: user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), necessity for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Retention Period
We retain data for the duration of the user's account and for 3 years after its deletion, unless legal provisions require longer storage.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
7. Transfer of data outside the EEA
Some data may be transferred to third countries (including the United States) in connection with the use of sub-processors: payment operators (Stripe), the hosting provider, and e-mail providers. The transfer is based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 44-49 GDPR (including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
